3. Original NAUTEC Parts Requirement

Attention! Do not attempt to repair NAUTEC valves yourself.
Unauthorised repair, modification or tampering is hazardous and WILL VOID your warranty and NAUTEC liability.
Maintenance and repairs must only be carried out by:

authorised NAUTEC service partners.
Technical diving components are safety-relevant products.
Improper maintenance or unauthorised modifications may result in serious risks.

The NAUTEC service partner network is continuously being expanded. Customers are encouraged to contact NAUTEC for information regarding authorised service options in their region.
6. Warranty Policy
NAUTEC warrants that its products are manufactured with care and comply with the applicable product specifications at the time of delivery. Warranty claims are handled in accordance with applicable statutory requirements and the warranty conditions applicable to the respective product. The warranty applies to defects resulting from:
manufacturing errors,
material defects,
production-related issues.
The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by:
improper use,
misuse,
accidents,
neglect,
unauthorised modifications,
unauthorised repairs,
use of non-original NAUTEC parts,
improper maintenance,

7. Warranty Exclusions
The following situations may exclude warranty coverage:
products that have been modified without prior approval from NAUTEC;
products repaired or serviced by unauthorised persons;
damage caused by incorrect installation or operation;
damage caused by the use of unsuitable accessories or replacement parts;
normal wear and tear of components subject to service intervals;
damage resulting from failure to follow maintenance requirements.
Warranty decisions are made based on technical inspection of the product by NAUTEC or an authorised service partner.

NAUTEC designs and manufactures products with safety and reliability as key priorities. However, diving equipment requires responsible handling, correct installation, regular inspection and professional maintenance.
Users are responsible for:

NAUTEC cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by:

incorrect installation,
improper maintenance,
