6. Warranty Policy
NAUTEC warrants that its products are manufactured with care and comply with the applicable product specifications at the time of delivery. Warranty claims are handled in accordance with applicable statutory requirements and the warranty conditions applicable to the respective product. The warranty applies to defects resulting from:
manufacturing errors,

The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by:
